Breaking ground in January 2022, and completed in July 2022, Blue Water Custom Homes worked as a team with our client to plan and build another beautiful Design-Ready Home. Living in another state, and moving to Florida towards the end of the build, we worked with our client virtually and in-person to ensure their visions were brought to fruition. Our client came to us with a desire for a modern coastal home, but not yet knowing what that would look like for them. They aspired for a lighter, softer and more relaxed environment. Their interior paint selection, contrasted against the white knee-height shiplap wall and white trim-work, along with their sand-color floors, neutral backsplash and soft brushed nickel fixtures and finishes provides them with the soft natural look of the sand and sky. Their exterior paint selection, contrasted with the color of their gray stone, roof and landscaping, also provides them with the neutral hues of the organic elements. This coastal style can easily evolve and adapt, as the lighter wood tones and softer hues provide ease and flexibility with future design decisions. Our team had a blast building and designing this beautiful home with our client. This home displays our most popular model, THE ‘MORADA.
