Our client came to us eager to build an inviting transitional farmhouse. The black and white kitchen is timeless, elegant and adaptable to any style. The brushed nickel bathrooms provide our client with more transitional features. While the sand color floors and subtle blue walls adds a splash of coastal element. The exterior, with it’s dark blue paint and gray roof, stone and pebble, contrasted against the bright white trim provided our client with the strong color contrast they desired. This home was also Blue Water’s first home to include a pool for our client!
