Blue Water’s first completed water-front custom build! Our client, friend, and project manager here at Blue Water came to us with a water-front property he wished to both buy and build on. First, we helped him secure this homesite. Once secured, the dreaming and planning began. Listening to both our client’s wishes and desires, we were able to envision a layout that worked with this homesite and his budget. Then, we teamed up with the area’s leading architects and engineers to put their design on paper. This breathtaking residence is a 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom home featuring both a pool and water-front views. The simplicity of the white exterior paint, along with the boldness of the black framed windows, provides the exterior of this home with a more modern element. Meanwhile, it’s wooden features, such as the tung and groove ceilings and the dark oak stamped shaker garage door offers a Boho touch. This boho touch is carried inside with the kitchen featuring sand-color cabinetry, a neutral backsplash, luxury quartz countertops with a waterfall island, wooden floating shelves, and soft gold fixtures. Complementing this, the living room portrays beautiful white shiplap in the tray ceiling and a wood tone ceiling fan. The painted accent walls, as well as the bathroom tile and vanity selections, adds the industrial modern twist our client was aspiring for. The open floor plan offers abundant glass windows and an oversized slider that both floods the interior with natural light and seamlessly blends the indoor and outdoor living area into one. Furthermore, the layout of this home provides water-front views directly from both their dining room table and their couch. The beautiful sand-color pavers surround both the private lanai and the saltwater pool featuring an oversized sun-shelf perfect for lounging.
