This one was a very special build, for not only a dear friend but also a team member here at Blue Water. This home was the original inspiration behind our ‘Morada 2.0, showcasing 10’ walls and 8’ doors giving this home its grand appearance. The simple white exterior paint is contrasted against the bold carbon oak stamped shaker garage door, the iron ore painted double front door, and the gray shark tooth paver driveway, sidewalk and both front and back porches. The interior features a stunning calacatta quartz countertop with a waterfall island. The island’s deep blue paint adds a coastal element to this home while the board and batten along the main wall of the great room, as well as on the back of the island, adds elegance and timelessness to this design. The white farmhouse sink, stained floating shelves, luxury vinyl, shiplap tray ceiling, and bold bathroom shower tile designs are among other top features in this home.
